Jimmy
Jimmy has been praised by his clients for being a patient, reliable and knowledgeable driving instructor who is very familiar with the VicRoads areas he services.
Most of all, he has a passion for teaching drivers how to drive manual transmissions, whether it’s someone getting their manual driver’s licence first time, refreshing their manual skills or someone converting their overseas licence to driving a manual car here in Melbourne.
One area of Jimmy’s expertise is the busy roads found in Melbourne. He has developed a great technique to simplify his training methods to work with different kinds of learner drivers. As Jimmy is an experienced motorcyclist, he brings a unique view to learning how to use blind spots and understanding about safe driving skills. He is up to date on all the Victorian road rules and ensures all his students are educated in preparation for their VicRoads drive test.

My instructor George went above and beyond, was patient and freindly made for an enjoyable experience. Taught me three point turn and reverse parralel parking, giving really easy, clear and useful criticism. Went with me for the VicRoads test in Heatherton. Went over things that I wasn't confident in such as head checks, lane changes and speed management - the difference was night and day. I have tried other Learning schools and have never got an instructor as good as Elmer. I haven't driven a lot and I was scared of getting on the road. He has a nice way of joking around to make you feel comfortable and not get worried or scared. He also makes sure you learn everything necessary for the test by making you practice multiple times. He also makes sure to take you through all test routes so you won't be surprised by anything during the test. I really recommend VIP Driving school especially Elmer. I know some instructors can make you paranoid and nervous, but I felt very calm and not nervous at all during my driving test due to the preparation with Shane
